Welcome to
Equor Foundation.
Supporting those who serve.
Creating the conditions for recovery
Those who serve our communities often carry ongoing pressure long after the shift ends.
While clinical support is essential, it doesn’t meet every need – and isn’t always the right fit for every person.
Equor Foundation was created to offer an additional form of support. Preventative, trauma-aware, and focused on recovery, regulation, and wellbeing.
Who we are and how we’re governed
Equor Foundation exists to support the wellbeing of uniformed personnel and their families through effective, non-clinical approaches that are grounded in experience. Our focus is on helping people recover from sustained stress, rebuild resilience, and maintain long, healthy careers – in ways that feel practical, respectful, and safe.
Trustees
We are overseen by a Board of Trustees who provide guidance, oversight, and accountability. The Foundation currently has five trustees bringing together lived and professional experience including:
- Serving paramedics
- Army veterans
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Governance, risk management, and strategic leadership
- Trained practitioners with experience in trauma-aware practice.
Our application for charity status is currently being processed, and we are committed to operating in line with charity governance and reporting standards.
